REFUND POLICY

Non-Prescription Eyewear (excluding Contact Lenses)

Non-prescription eyewear may be returned for a full refund or may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product. If your exchange results in an increase in the cost of your new purchase, the balance is your responsibility.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the eyewear must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging.

Eyecare Partners does not honor competitor price matching.

The cost of the exam and services is non-refundable.

Prescription Eyewear (excluding Contact Lenses)

Prescription eyewear is eligible for a refund or exchange, if not completely satisfied, within 30 days after the dispense, minus a restocking fee of $40. If a cancellation request is received within 2 hours and has not begun processing, a full refund may be issued. If the order exceeds 2 hours of submission and/or has begun processing, it is subject to a restocking fee of $40 which is the patient’s responsibility.

To be eligible for a return or exchange eyewear must be in original condition.

Over the Counter (OTC) Products

OTC purchases may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. No exchanges. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unopened, unmarked, and unused.
